At Blossom, we want both you and your Italian Greyhound to be completely happy with your purchase.

If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right!

🔁 Returns

You can return unworn and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To start a return, simply contact us through our Contact form with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the quick and easy process.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging).
  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💡 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem!

We’re happy to exchange your Italian Greyhound's sweater for another size or style, depending on availability.
Just reach out through our Contact form, and we’ll help you arrange the exchange quickly.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Please remember that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us using our Contact form.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or worn Italian Greyhound accessories 
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
